Welcome to Hosana Eilert's Gallery! These are just a sample of the many hand woven wall hangings, rugs and hand woven tapestries that Hosana has created in two decades of mastering her craft. Many woven in natural dyed yarns, and ALL are original designs by Hosana herself.
One can see the obvious influence of the traditional Chimayo and Rio Grande styles Hosana learned early in her career in Northern New Mexico. Hosana also incorporates contemporary elements into her pieces. Sometimes the entire piece is contemporary and other pieces with have just a touch of contemporary such as her hand woven piece titled Bijou with that art deco feature at top and bottom of the wall hanging.
